"We wanted a place we'd actually want to go."

The People

Owned, run,
and loved loudly
by queer hands.

Morgan and Sam opened Gather in 2019 because they couldn't find the restaurant they wanted to exist β€” somewhere warm enough to linger, casual enough to come as you are, and specific enough to feel like it was made for you.

The menu is seasonal, the staff is family, and the back patio has hosted at least three marriage proposals that we know of. We're queer-owned, proudly, always. The rainbow flag by the door is not decorative.

I came in alone for the first time. Left feeling like I had regulars.

We got engaged on the back patio. They brought out champagne we didn't order.
